Jack Ride fuels Jack.org’s essential programs – Jack Talks, Jack Chapters, and Be There. They work with youth across the country. Programs can teach mental health fundamentals, reduce stigma, and create peer-to-peer connections. This helps young people own their mental health journeys.

Their efforts and yours power Jack.org programs!

We're all connected by our journeys with mental health. No matter what path we’ve each taken here. Here's why our Riders choose to take part.

“I lost both my brother and sister to mental health issues. With what I know now, I could have and should have done more to support them. Participating in this ride is an important part of the healing process for me, I cannot go back in time but I can contribute to spreading the message and offering support to those faced with similar circumstances today.”

— Chris Lewis
